Marcus Holman is a professional lacrosse player, fitness advocate, and community leader committed to growing the game at every level. A proud Baltimore native, Holman currently competes for the Cannons Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL).
Holman’s journey began at the University of North Carolina, where he made his mark as a standout attackman and 3x All-American for the Tar Heels. Known for his leadership and work ethic, Holman quickly became one of the most respected players in collegiate lacrosse.
On the international stage, Holman has been a key contributor to Team USA, helping secure a gold medal at the 2018 FIL World Lacrosse Championship in Israel, where he finished second on the team in goals scored. He also played an instrumental role in the silver-medal finish at the 2014 World Championships and contributed to the bronze-winning performance at the 2015 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship.
Beyond his on-field success, Holman is deeply passionate about fitness and giving back to the community. He actively runs camps, clinics, and mentorship programs across the country, inspiring the next generation of athletes to pursue their potential—both in sport and in life. Holman believes in the power of teamwork, discipline, and movement to build stronger individuals and more connected communities.
Whether he’s coaching from the sidelines or competing at the highest level, Holman continues to be a powerful ambassador for lacrosse, fitness, and positive leadership.
