The client, HTD Talent, sought to develop content that clearly articulates its services and appeal to B2B partners. Beyond outlining what they do, they needed content that would set them apart from the competition and illustrate the unique value they offer to associates. They aimed to answer critical questions—who is HTD Talent, what makes them stand out, and what inspired the company’s founding—while weaving in the authentic experiences of the associates who drive their success.

Athelo Group set out to create two distinct content: an Associate Testimonial video titled “Day in the Life” and a Co-Founder video titled “The Mission.” The Associate Testimonial would focus on interviews with diverse associates, showcasing their personal stories and daily experiences through cinematic B-roll.

 

The Co-Founder video would feature interviews with co-founders, explaining their mission and unique value proposition, complemented by B-roll of office life and symbolic drone shots. All content would utilize upbeat music, quick cuts, vibrant graphics, and a bold, exciting tone to capture the audience’s attention.
