Beyond The Sport With Marcus Holman

What's the biggest challenge I've overcome in my life?

The biggest challenge I had to overcome was breaking my collarbone 3x over a 6 month span in 8th-9th grade. I had to sit out sports for 6 months while transferring to a new high school. I learned to never take a practice or game for granted because you never know when it can be taken away.

What's my morning routine?

My morning routine is never perfect - but usually it looks like: wake up, feed the dogs, jump back in bed for 5-10 min. Then hit the cold plunge (40 degrees) for 3 min and pray I make it out! Make coffee for myself and my wife Alex, and then reading the Daily Stoic would be the ideal way to finish, but sometimes life gets in the way.

What I'm most passionate about outside of lacrosse!

I really enjoy music of all genres, and like to DJ as a side hobby, I enjoy watching my NFL squad the Baltimore Ravens in the fall. And lastly I'm passionate about my family, they've impacted me in so many ways.
