Beyond The Sport With Bella Kenworthy

What’s the biggest challenge in your life that you’ve overcome?

I’m still in the process of overcoming an injury that is really teaching me a lot about my body. Recovery wasn’t something I had previously focused a ton on, but with the rehab work I’ve been doing, we’ve started working that in to my routine and it’s been helping a lot. This process has definitely been challenging me both mentally and physically, but my motivation is to just continue to get better at my sport each day.

What’s your morning routine?

After I wake up, I usually drink some lemon water, make a coffee, maybe eat some ground beef, and do some kind of warm up. Then I head to the beach and go surfing.

What are you most passionate about outside of your sport?

I am really close with my friends and family, so I’m definitely passionate about spending time with them. Otherwise, I really love coffee, shopping, traveling, and working out.
