Andrew Stallings
Andrew Stallings is a Virginia native, sports enthusiast, and passionate connector of people. Raised in a blue-collar town, he learned early on the value of community, communication, and resilience—lessons that have shaped both his personal life and professional journey. After years working in the sports management and marketing world, Andrew took a leap of faith and founded Athelo Group.
With a background that spans managing sponsorships with global brands like Corona and Budweiser to producing SiriusXM sports radio, Andrew’s life is a testament to his off-the-wall energy and dedication to making sports a transformative platform.

During Andrew’s free time, you can find him with his son, Canaan, or scrolling through Twitter (X). Andrew also frequently coaches women’s high school hockey in Connecticut during the winter months and is an avid DC Sports fan (though baseball didn’t make the cut).

Alyssa Turner is a dynamic leader with a passion for building strong teams and cultivating thriving, people-first company cultures. A born-and-raised East Coaster and former theater kid, she brings a unique blend of creativity, emotional intelligence, and operational rigor to every role she steps into.
As Vice President of Operations, Alyssa is known for creating environments where collaboration and inclusivity aren’t just values—they’re daily practices. With a deep background in entertainment marketing, experiential activations, and strategic client service, she’s helped bring to life bold, culture-shaping campaigns for global brands like Cisco, PepsiCo, Taco Bell, and MGM Resorts.
Her experience spans both boutique and global agencies, giving her a nuanced understanding of how to scale culture, elevate talent, and lead cross-functional teams through growth and change.

Her journey spans college athletics, pro sports, and creator talent, all fueled by a passion for storytelling and helping others grow. As Talent Manager at Athelo Group, Chelsea brings heart, hustle, and bold strategy to every athlete partnership, working closely with elite talent in CrossFit, surfing, NASCAR, and pro lacrosse.
With experience building brand and partnership strategies for J.P. Morgan Chase, Zenni Optical, and G&J Pepsi, Chelsea is all about high energy and empowering others to reach new heights.
