Beyond The Sport With Brittnie Brooks

What’s the biggest challenge in your life that you’ve overcome?

I think the biggest challenges I've been through is tearing both my ACLs. I would gain some momentum and then it would be stopped with injury. The days after surgery were definitely the most painful emotionally and physically. Ultimately the thing that kept me motivated was getting back to the gym and coming back even stronger.

What’s your morning routine?

After waking up I'll get some breakfast - my go-to is protein yogurt and protein granola. After breakfast I take care of my kitties and get ready to hit the gym or hit the road to travel for wrestling.

What are you most passionate about outside of your sport?

Working out and just overall making a positive impact on people. I have a broadcast channel on instagram which I typically send motivation and positivity to!
