Drawing inspiration from her hispanic roots in Venezuela and her parents’ athletic achievements, Laura Sanchez is redefining CrossFit norms. As an influential figure, she challenges the status quo, promoting inclusivity and diversity within the CrossFit community while showcasing the power of embracing one's cultural identity.

As a part of an underrepresented culture in the CrossFit community, Sanchez has defied boundaries and serves as an inspiration and idol, representing how diverse the CrossFit community is becoming. She pushes her limits and paves the way for greater inclusivity and representation in CrossFit, exemplifying diversity as the cornerstone of strength.

Sanchez was a part of the 2021 CrossFit West Coast Classic, 2022 Mid-Atlantic CrossFit Challenge, and most recently, a semifinalist in the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit games, where her team, AB CrossFit - Mayhem, was ranked third.
