We were introduced to Marcus through his fiance and fellow AG client Alex Aust. He came to us with a need to streamline his day-to-day operations while keeping lacrosse at the center of his personal brand. That entailed managing current partnerships, negotiating future partnerships, and looking toward how Marcus can spur the growth of the game of lacrosse.
Educating Marcus on the importance of his brand is one of Athelo Group’s main missions with this athlete. We want to continue driving home how powerful putting a unique spin on his presence online and through deal negotiations can set him up for his goals on and off the field. In essence, we are striving to help him stay ahead of the game.
One thing we’re constantly workshopping for Marcus is what path he wants to take moving forward. He has a passion for streaming and coaching. With a solid foot in the door as a college-level coach, he’s doing great in making a name for himself in other areas of the sport. He’s currently working to expand his leadership role through business opportunities and philanthropy as well. The next step is to find his niche outside of lacrosse.
Lacrosse will always be a number one priority for Marcus. He hopes to climb the ranks to play for the top levels of the PPL. Beyond that, we will continue to find ways to position him as a leader in his sport. We also want to help Marcus carve out space for media and business ventures outside of lacrosse as well. As he continues to grow, we’ll keep finding ways to secure him opportunities across the board.
