Adversity and patience. At 31 years old, the Long Island native has had to master a lot in her short career. She’s paved her way in the male-focused world of fighting as she continues to break down barriers – and opponents. With a stout Jiu-Jitsu background (blue belt), boxing career (Golden Glove Finalist), and an undefeated kickboxing amateur career in tow, Sarah is striving to be the next big force in the world of Mixed Martial Arts.

Thomas believes she can be more than just a fighter. She can set an example, is known for her work ethic and having earned what she’s gotten. She is primarily interested in partnering with brands she believes resonate with her true beliefs as an athlete and role model.
